Do I need an account to use DutyMate?
Core roster use does not require a separate AAW Technologies account. Google Sign-In is used by connected features that need account identity.
Can I use my existing Excel roster?
Yes. DutyMate supports approved Excel roster structures and validates imported roster information before replacing saved data.
Can managers see the whole team?
Professional Mode is designed for Manager / Supervisor / HR roster viewing and reporting. Team Workspace adds managed roster collaboration.
Can I create a roster without a company file?
Yes. Personal Roster can use a repeating cycle and anchor date without requiring an organization roster.
Does DutyMate work offline?
Saved roster data and settings support practical offline use. Network access is needed for connected refresh, purchases, backup and Workspace sync.
Can DutyMate import any PDF?
DutyMate works best with text-based roster PDFs exported from spreadsheets. Image-only scans are not treated as reliable roster imports.
